Sharepoint Archiving
Capture what others can't – and preserve your SharePoint history
Preserve the full story — capture your history with context intact
Your website, preserved as a snapshot

Preserve your SharePoint history
Not all websites can be crawled or exported easily – one example is webpages built in SharePoint. With our solution, you can secure the full picture of your SharePoint sites and make your history searchable and reliable for the future.
Why SharePoint needs a different approach
Traditional web crawlers create a clickable snapshot of a website, letting you browse it almost exactly as it appeared when live. But SharePoint is different. Microsoft’s tools let you export files, but they don’t preserve the look and feel of the site – or the context in which the content was published.
A method built for compliance and long-term preservation
We have developed a dedicated method for archiving SharePoint sites. Our custom-built crawler automatically captures screenshots of every landing page. Linked files and content can be included in the archival copy, ensuring nothing is lost.
Easy to use – today and tomorrow
All content is organized in a clear structure with an automatically generated start page / index, making it simple to navigate. The crawler can be used for both one-time archiving and scheduled collections, depending on your needs.
Preserve not only the files, but also the context – so your SharePoint history remains complete and accessible.

Different solutions, one name
What is SharePoint?
Microsoft describes Microsoft SharePoint as a platform for creating websites. In everyday use, the term “SharePoint” can refer to one or more of Microsoft’s products, including:
SharePoint in Microsoft 365 – A cloud-based service from Microsoft.
SharePoint Server – Can be deployed and managed locally by organizations, or used with an Office 365 Enterprise subscription.
SharePoint Designer 2013 – A free tool last released in 2013, used to create powerful workflow-enabled solutions.
When we refer to SharePoint, we mainly mean the first two solutions.
