In Arkiwera’s search function, you can search for and filter a specific selection of posts. The search results consider whether multiple versions of a post exist, allowing you to switch between versions to track changes across different archiving instances.

Thanks to the permissions we have been granted by each social media platform, we can offer archiving solutions for a wide range of social networks.
The information is collected via APIs. Archived copies are versioned and displayed as clickable snapshots. This allows you to easily go back and review past communications and see how your posts were received. This can be crucial, for example, in legal disputes or when someone questions what was communicated at a specific point in time

How Arkiwera Works
- 1. Select “Social media Collection” from the side menu.
- 2. Choose which social media accounts to archive.
- 3. Connect your account to Arkiwera.
- 4. Name your archive (e.g., "MyOrg_Facebook_Archive").
- 5. Select the type of content to collect (e.g., only posts, or posts with reactions and comments).
- 6. Set the collection frequency (e.g., once a month).
- 7. Choose a file format (HTML or WARC).
- 8. Set start and end dates for the archiving period.

Your archive copy will be searchable and versioned, and you can download it as a ZIP or WARC file for secure storage.
